The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the town and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff were also nice and accommodating, even offering to bring us breakfast on Christmas morning. We appreciated the holiday decorations throughout the hotel, which made it feel festive and cozy.

The room smelled strongly of mildew, and the bedding felt damp. The key pick-up location was confusing and not clearly communicated beforehand, causing us unnecessary stress.

As an added convenience, the hotel was located only a short walking distance away from the beach which made for a great day out.

The laundry service, which left a lot to be desired. It was not up to par with the standards of hotel rooms, and the room could have been cleaned more effectively.
